WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We're happy to deliver anywhere in Australia, bringing our products right to your doorstep! Unfortunately, international shipping isn't available just yet, but we're always exploring ways to expand our reach.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

It depends on your shipping location and the shipping carrier option that you selected at checkout. As a general guide, the shipping timeframes are shown on the checkout page beside the carrier name.

ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES

Big bulky orders (due to its size, weight, or both) may be subject to additional delivery charges and extended transit times due to the extra handling and transportation vehicle involved in transporting them. If any additional delivery charges are involved, a friendly member of our team will reach out to you to discuss this.

DISPATCH TIMES

We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12noon AEST on business days (excluding public holidays).

All orders placed after 12noon AEST will be shipped the next business day (excluding public holidays).

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Our team strives to quickly pack and ship your order on time. As a result, we are unable to amend or change any orders after they have been placed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided in the order is accurate and complete at checkout. Pack to Work is not responsible for any order that cannot be delivered, was returned, or incorrectly delivered due to a wrong address provided to us by the customer.

WHICH SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We’ve partnered with Couriers Please, TNT, Allied Express, TNT Overnight Express, Bonds Couriers and Allied Express Same day to deliver your order quicker, reduce shipping costs and improve the delivery experiences for our customers.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

We allow pickups from our warehouse in Keysborough VIC 3173. The address will be provided after your order has been processed.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO A PO BOX OR LOCKER?

Deliveries to PO boxes or lockers aren't available right now. To ensure your order arrives safely and quickly, please provide a street address in your delivery details.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Yes, we do. Simply add products to the cart and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, you will be able to choose which carrier you’d like to deliver your order. The shipping timeframes and prices will also be shown beside the carrier name.
